To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition, without any signs of wear or damage.
- Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (tags, box, pouch, etc.).
- Individual pieces from a set cannot be returned for refund, store credit, or size exchange; the entire set must be returned.
Non-returnable items include:
- Free Promotional Items
- Gift cards

Please note that Ufeelwell does not cover return shipping fees. Additionally, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:
We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy. The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original and, once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges.
Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and make it right.
Refund Processing:
Once your return reaches our quality assurance office, it will be processed within 7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation via email once it’s completed. Refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Keep in mind, it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
